OT-3636: Bulk Image Download on Order Details

The Order Details page in the Warehouse Portal now supports downloading order images individually or in bulk.

With this update, customers can save evidence and supporting images for an order without having to open and save each image one at a time.

This update includes:

  • A per-image download control on each thumbnail in the Images card and a download button in the lightbox toolbar.
  • A Download All action that packages every image on the order into a single order-{orderNumber}-images.zip archive, generated entirely in the browser.
  • Live progress on the bulk button, a confirmation prompt for orders with more than 20 images, and graceful handling of partial failures.
  • A fallback that opens the image in a new tab when a single download fails, so the user can still save it manually.

For related documentation, see Downloading Order Images.

OT-3602: Notifications Feature Redesign

The Notifications feature has been redesigned to provide a simpler and more focused way to monitor shipment detention events.

With this update, notifications are centered on detention monitoring, making it easier to track loading and delivery delays.

This update includes:

  • A simplified workflow for creating detention notifications.
  • Support for defining the notification scope based on Pickup Only, Destination Only, or Both.
  • The ability to configure custom location criteria to receive alerts only for selected stops or cities.
  • Support for sending notifications to multiple email recipients.

These improvements make it easier to monitor loading and delivery delays and configure targeted alerts for operational visibility.

OT-3350: Consignee View

The Consignee View introduces secure, shareable tracking links for shipments.

Shippers can now generate a unique URL that allows consignees to access delivery details and ETA without requiring authentication.

This feature includes:

  • A public shipment page accessible via a secure, tokenized link.
  • Optional email invitations sent to specified recipients when a shipment is shared.
  • A shipment timeline on the public view, showing status progression from creation to the current state.
  • Automatic expiration of public links 24 hours after the shipment's arrival.
  • Prevention of link creation or email notifications once a shipment reaches Delivered (or another terminal) status.
